Embera Partners participated in the yearly Business Circle “AGM update” to reflect on domestic and international AGM trends, discuss legal updates specifically around the ongoing discussion around virtual- or hybrid AGM’s and an outlook into the 2024/25 season. We also discussed how to prepare and work with dissident and activist shareholders before and during the general meetings and best-practices in a delisting case. The event was hosted by Business Circle and moderated by Christoph Diregger (DSC), Rupert Brix (Brix, Mayer & Hoheneck) as well as Christoph Nauer (bpv Hügel).
