Embera Partners acted as shareholder adviser, information agent and tender solicitor to TA Associates Management in their successful public takeover campaign for Nexus AG. The team led by Andreas Posavac and Michael Oplustil provided shareholder intelligence, Tier-I Relief assessment and tender solicitation as well as information agent services for institutional and retail investors, supporting the final outcome of 94.9% acceptance rate.
